目的识别、分析与评价四川某垃圾发电厂产生的职业病危害因素及危害程度,提出相应的防护对策和措施,预防和控制职业病发生。方法采用现场职业卫生学调查和工作场所职业病危害因素检测方法。结果对该企业总粉尘浓度、硫化氢、二氧化硫、氮氧化物、氨、一氧化碳、二氧化碳、氟化物、盐酸、氢氧化钠、氢氧化钙、锰及其无机化合物、铅烟、铬及其化合物、镉及其化合物、汞蒸气、氯乙烯、二噁英、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、噪声、工频电场、高温24种职业病危害因素进行检测,电焊烟尘合格率92%,噪声检测合格率79%,其余职业病危害因素检测合格率均为100%。结论该企业应制定岗位职业卫生操作规程,加强职业健康监护,完善个人防护用品的配备,确保设备、管道完好无损,以更好地保护劳动者健康。
Objective To identify, analyze and evaluate the occupational hazards and hazard levels of a garbage power plant in Sichuan, and to put forward appropriate countermeasures and measures to prevent and control occupational diseases. Methods The method of on-site occupational hygiene and occupational hazards in the workplace was used. Results The total dust concentration, hydrogen sulfide, sulfur dioxide, nitrogen oxides, ammonia, carbon monoxide, carbon dioxide, fluoride, hydrochloric acid, sodium hydroxide, calcium hydroxide, manganese and their inorganic compounds, lead smoke, chromium and its compounds, Cadmium and its compounds, Mercury vapor, Vinyl chloride, Dioxins, Benzene, Toluene, Xylene, Noise, Power frequency electric field, High temperature 24 kinds of occupational hazards testing, welding fume pass rate of 92%, noise detection pass rate of 79% , The remaining occupational disease hazard testing pass rate was 100%. Conclusion The enterprise should establish job occupational health practices, strengthen occupational health monitoring, improve the personal protective equipment with equipment to ensure that equipment, pipe intact, in order to better protect the health of workers.
