我队在某(铅)锌矿区坑道施工中,遇到掘进工作面大量涌水,最大涌水量15—20吨/小时,一般为10—12吨/小时,严重阻碍平硐掘进工作进行和各项经济指标完成,特别是威胁着职工安全生产。为此,我们对矿区上述涌水情况进行了深入分析研究。由于较准确掌握岩层涌水性和炮眼涌水规律,妥善采用四种引水、防水和分次爆破措施,顺利完成182米坑道掘进任务和各项生产指标,生产效率由0.73~0.85米/台班,提高到0.93米~1米/台班,台月效率从80米/台月,提高到115米/台月,现场材料费每米57.4元,下降为51.4元,节约6元/米,共计节约材料费1092元,每米总成本为214.6元,同时,为该矿区找到累计三米多厚铅锌矿体。现简介如下:
