以Nd(oct)_3-Al(i-CHCl_3体系代替Nd(naph)_3-Al(i-Bu)_3-Al_2R_3Cl_3体系进行了异戊二烯的本体聚合研究,着重考察了催化剂陈化方式及在各陈化方式下不同Cl/Nd摩尔比对聚合的影响,并探讨了CHCl_3在催化剂陈化过程中的作用。结果表明,催化剂的陈化方式对催化剂的活性有很大影响,而对聚异戊二烯的顺式-1,4含量则没有显著影响;第三组分CHCl_3的作用不受陈化方式的影响;陈化中Al(i-Bu)_2Cl的生成是形成活性中心的关键。
Bulk polymerization of isoprene with Nd (oct) _3-Al (i-CHCl_3 system instead of Nd (naph) _3-Al (i-Bu) _3-Al_2R_3Cl_3 system was investigated. The effects of different Cl / Nd molar ratios on the polymerization were investigated under various aging conditions and the effect of CHCl 3 on the catalyst aging was also discussed. The results show that the catalyst aging has a great influence on the activity of the catalyst, The cis-1,4 content of pentadiene did not have a significant effect. The effect of the third component of CHCl_3 was not affected by the aging process. The formation of Al (i-Bu) _2Cl in aging was the key to the formation of active site.
