试验用4年生插条(Vitis Labruscana Baileycv Delaware)栽植在直径30厘米的温室花盆中。葡萄枝蔓上发出的花穗用来进行糖、氨基酸、有机酸、细胞激动素的提取和分离;叶绿素的提取和测定,以及光合作用、呼吸作用的测定。结果表明: 花穗的生长:花穗鲜重从早期生长阶段到开花期迅速增加。但在花期生长暂时停止。花穗在早期生长阶段总含水量较高,到盛花期渐渐减少。座果以后,果穗的含水量继续增加。糖、氨基酸和有机酸的变化
The experiment was conducted in a greenhouse flowerpot 30 cm in diameter with a 4-year-old cut (Vitis Labruscana Baileycv Delaware). The spikes on the vine branches are used for the extraction and separation of sugars, amino acids, organic acids and cytokinins, the extraction and determination of chlorophyll, and the determination of photosynthesis and respiration. The results showed that the growth of flower spikes: the fresh weight of spikes increased rapidly from the early growth stage to the flowering stage. But the growth in the flowering temporarily stopped. The total water content of spikes in the early growth stage is higher, and then decreases gradually to full flowering stage.
