宁夏回族自治区贺兰县洪广二小是一所农村小学,现有六个教学班,192名学生。几年来,这所学校坚持全面贯彻党的教育方针,狠抓普及小学教育,连续三年学龄儿童入学率达98％以上,巩固率达100％。去年的毕业生全部升入中学。该校曾多次被评为县、区教育先进集体。他们的主要作法是: 一、积极动员学龄儿童入学,动员流生返校插班复学,把好“入学”关。每年招收新生前,学校对学龄儿童进行调查摸底,准确掌握学龄儿童人数。教师逐户家访,对家中人口多、劳力少、家务活重的学生,做好其家
