法律意识是建构法治国家的灵魂,是培养人们守法自律的精神动力和智力来源,它是人们综合素养的一个最重要的方面。当前技工院校已经成为技能人才的培养主阵地,培养综合素质高的技能人才是技工院校素质教育的主要目标,而法律意识的培养是新时期技工院校德育工作的重要组成部分。加强技校生法制教育,培养他们的法律意识,不仅是提升技校生综合素质的重要举措,也是推进我国依法治国的需要。本文通过分析当前技校生的法律意识现状,对加强技校生的法律意识培养提出相应举措。
Legal awareness is the soul of building a country under the rule of law and a spiritual source of motivation and intelligence for cultivating people’s self-discipline. It is one of the most important aspects of people’s overall accomplishment. At present, the technical colleges and universities have become the main positions for the training of skilled personnel. To cultivate skilled workers with high comprehensive qualities is the main goal of quality education in technical schools and colleges. The cultivation of legal awareness is an important part of moral education in technical schools and colleges in the new era. To strengthen legal education for technical school students and develop their legal awareness is not only an important measure to enhance the overall quality of technical school students, but also the need of promoting the rule of law in our country. This article analyzes the current status of legal awareness of technical school students to enhance the legal awareness of technical school students to raise appropriate measures.
