本文译自一九七七年六月加拿大多伦多·桑得斯有限公司和多恩米尔斯公司出版的《广播电视的写作》一书。作者罗伯特·希里尔德(Robert L·Hilliard)是美国联邦通讯员委员会教育广播署署长、联邦宣传媒介联合委员会主任、联邦教育联合会教育技术分会会长。他曾在北加利福尼亚等大学的广播电视及电影专业任教十五年,并担任过纽约州高等学校电视教育的咨询人;他还是华盛顿特区国际通讯大学的创始人之一。《广播电视的写作》一书,已作为美国一些大学广播电视专业的教科书。本文是书里的第十二章。在这一章的开头,作者论述了戏剧创作的基本原则。这里我们只选发有关电视剧特性部分,并略作删节,分期连载。
This article is from the June 1977 edition of The Writing of Radio and Television in Toronto, Canada, by Sanders Ltd. and Dornmears. Author Robert L. Hilliard is Director of Education and Broadcasting at the Federal Communications Commission, Director of the Joint Commission on the Federation of Media, and President of the Education Technology Section of the Federation of Federal Education. He has taught television, radio and film at universities such as Northern California for 15 years and has served as a consultant on television education at higher education institutions in New York State. He is also a founding member of the International Telecommunications University in Washington, DC. The book “Radio and Television Writing” has been used as a textbook for some U.S. radio and television major. This article is the twelfth chapter of the book. At the beginning of this chapter, the author discusses the basic principles of drama creation. Here we only selected the part about the characteristics of the drama, and slightly cut, staged serialized.
