工业现场设备在加工产品时,使用工艺配方功能有利于提高设备的自动化程度和产品质量。以某巧克力工厂的生产控制系统为被控对象,通过触摸屏的配方功能的应用,使用不同配方在不同产品流水线甚至是同一产品线的不同配料组合间快速切换,达到自动配料、无缝切换的目的。在整个系统中,使用者可以根据不同产品设定不同的配方表,并可以进行在线修改更新,通过触摸屏选择不同配方来选择生产不同的产品;PLC负责执行来自HMI的指令控制流水线上的配料设备,同时,HMI对整个流水线进行监控,及时反馈报警和事件状态,使整个系统更高效、更智能,提高了整个工厂的自动化程度,并极大减少了切换生产线时的误操作和配料错误率,提高了产品的质量。
