页岩气藏是一种重要的非常规能源,分布广泛,开发难度大。页岩气藏具有较强水敏性、井壁不稳定、井底压力窗口窄、储层易伤害等特点,采用常规钻井技术易出现井壁坍塌、漏失、卡钻等事故,导致建井周期长、成本高,而压力控制钻井技术能够有效解决这些问题。压力控制钻井技术能够实现全井段实时精确控制井底压力,实现窄密度窗口连续作业;还可以利用低密度油基钻井液降低井壁水敏伤害和储层伤害;井底低压差大大提高了钻井速度。理论和现场应用表明,压力控制钻井技术是一种高效开发页岩气藏的钻井技术,在页岩气藏开发中具有广阔的前景。
