从液压系统及其故障的特殊性出发,提出液压系统是个灰色系统、液压系统故障具有灰色性质,从而为灰色系统理论应用于液压系统的故障诊断提供了前提。鉴于液压系统的状态特征参数存在三种不同模式,针对运用灰色关联方法进行液压系统故障诊断时所面临的问题提出了解决办法,并在齿轮泵故障诊断实验研究中得到了验证。结果表明,在信息量不多的情况下,灰色关联分析方法是液压系统状态识别与故障诊断的一个有效工具。
From the peculiarity of the hydraulic system and its fault, it is proposed that the hydraulic system is a gray system and the hydraulic system has the gray property, which provides the premise for the gray system theory to be used in the fault diagnosis of the hydraulic system. In view of the existence of three different modes of state characteristic parameters of hydraulic system, some solutions to the problems encountered in the hydraulic system fault diagnosis using gray relational method are proposed and verified in the experimental study of gear pump fault diagnosis. The results show that in the case of small amount of information, the gray relational analysis method is an effective tool for the state identification and fault diagnosis of hydraulic system.
