本文针对内燃机车实际运行的特点,建立了机车柴油机变工况工作过程的数学模型,编制了模拟计算源程序。该模型可模拟计算机车柴油机的负荷特性、速度特性和牵引特性。作者运用该模型进行了16240ZB柴油机配三种不同型号增压器的模拟计算,计算结果与实测值都相当吻合,从而为设计和改进机车柴油机、予测和分析机车柴油机变工况性能以及柴油机与增压器配套提供了方便。
In this paper, according to the characteristics of diesel locomotive actual operation, a mathematical model of working process of locomotive diesel engine is set up, and the simulation source program is compiled. The model simulates the load, speed and traction characteristics of a computerized diesel engine. The author uses this model to carry on the simulation calculation of 16240ZB diesel engine with three different types of turbocharger. The calculation results are in good agreement with the measured values, so as to design and improve locomotive diesel engine, predicting and analyzing locomotive diesel engine working condition performance and diesel engine and Turbocharger provides a convenient package.
