十六届六中全会提出：到2020年,基本建立社会就业比较充分,覆盖城乡居民的社会保障体系,并把它作为构建社会主义和谐社会九大目标和任务之一,这为我们进一步完善我市社会保障体系,促进社会和谐指明了努力的方向。
The Sixth Plenary Session of the 16th CPC Central Committee proposed: By 2020, we should basically establish a social security system with adequate social employment covering urban and rural residents and regard it as one of the nine major goals and tasks of building a socialist harmonious society. This will further improve our understanding of me City social security system to promote social harmony pointed out the direction of efforts.
