一、新官上任——领导慧眼识才,「新官」大刀阔斧,反对派群起攻之,矛盾日趋激化,改革面临困境,但主人翁力挽狂澜,最终化险为夷,转败为胜。此类改革片的局限性在于,编导自觉不自觉地将改革的成败归结于「新官」的个人因素。这就把改革大业变成了少数领导者的事业,而不是十亿炎黄子孙的共同伟业,违背了「人民创造历史」的马克思主义唯物史观。二、改革者与反对者作斗争——通过两个阵营、两类人物、两种观念的尖锐对立来展示改革进程中新与旧、善与恶、美与丑的激烈斗争。应该说,此类影片在一定程度上触及了改革中的主要矛盾。但改革的过程是一个异常复杂的过程,先进与落后的观念并非截然不同地表现在两个人或两派人身上。因此我们在着力表现某一人物的主要思想特征时,还应该在不同程度上展示其多方的东西。

It should be said that such films touched the major contradictions in the reform to a certain extent. However, the process of reform is an extremely complicated process. The concepts of advanced and backward are not completely different from those of two or two factions. Therefore, when we are trying hard to show the main ideological features of a person, we should show the multifaceted things in varying degrees.
