食管裂孔疝是由于膈肌食管裂孔部发育缺陷,胃通过薄弱或缺损部进入胸腔形成.X线钡餐检查是其主要诊断方法.我院近两年来采用B超对呕吐待查婴幼儿进行检查,首诊为食管裂孔疝8例,均为手术或钡餐检查证实.本文对其总结分析,以探讨超声对食管裂孔疝的诊断价值.
