在建筑企业施工过程中,会形成各种各样的文档材料和图纸材料,标书、施工图、施工过程记录、合同、监理记录、竣工验收记录等,这些资料对工程质量评定,竣工工程的管理和维护,具有非常重要的价值,是企业进行技术与管理创新的基础,是企业参与新项目竞标投标的资本,直接影响到企业的发展与存亡。因此,建筑施工企业的档案管理工作的重要性是毋庸置疑的。本文结合笔者档案工作中的实际情况谈谈几点体会。
