针对部分基层工会组织在促进企业转型发展中发挥作用不明显的问题,宜昌市夷陵区总工会充分调动企业工会组织和广大职工群众在企业改革解困、转型升级、创新发展中的积极作用,最大限度地激发企业职工的主动性、创造性,在全区深入开展“两创双带”活动。通过提高企业创新动力,增强企业创新活力,凝聚职工创造能力,积极解决企业转型发展难题,有效推动企业技术创新转型发展和大众创新创业,备受企业支持、职工拥护。
Aiming at the problem that some grassroots trade unions play an ineffective role in promoting the transformation and development of enterprises, the Yintong Yigang Federation of Trade Unions fully mobilizes the active role of the trade unions and the masses of workers and staff in the process of enterprise reform, transformation and upgrading, and innovation and development. Inspire the initiative and creativity of employees in enterprises and deepen the “Two Creation and Two Belts” activities in the region. Through the promotion of enterprise innovation power, enhance the vitality of enterprise innovation, staff ability to create cohesion, and actively solve the problems of enterprise restructuring and development, and effectively promote the transformation and development of technological innovation and public entrepreneurship, much business support and employee advocacy.
