7月3日上午,最高法首批367名员额法官举行向宪法宣誓仪式。这场宣誓活动,标志着中国法官员额制改革全面完成,全国法院共产生员额法官12万余名。法官员额制改革,就是设定法官的数额,通过严格考核遴选出优秀者进入员额。在改革之前,全国法官人数21万多人,这次入额12万人,实现了把最优秀的人才吸引到办案一线。
On the morning of July 3, the first batch of 367 judges of the Supreme People’s Court held a swearing-in ceremony to the constitution. The swearing-in ceremony marked the complete completion of the reform of the Chinese judges’ posts and the creation of more than 120,000 post-judges in courts across the country. Judicial reform of the post system is to set the amount of judges, through rigorous examination to select the best to enter the post. Before the reform, there were more than 210,000 judges in the country, and 120,000 of them were enrolled this time. This has brought the best talents to the forefront of handling cases.
