目的 探讨C—erbB—2蛋白表达与胃癌生物学特性的关系。方法 应用免疫组织化学方法检测101例胃癌中C—erbB—2的表达情况。结果 胃癌中C—erbB—2阳性染色率为29.7％。C—erbB—2阳性染色与肿瘤浸润深度及癌细胞增殖活性呈正相关,C—erbB—2阳性肿瘤的淋巴结转移率(86.7％)明显高于C—erbB—2阴性肿瘤(60.6％,P<0.05)。结论 C—erbB—2蛋白过表达对胃癌的生物学特性有重要意义。
Objective To investigate the relationship between the expression of C-erbB-2 protein and the biological characteristics of gastric cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of C-erbB-2 in 101 cases of gastric cancer. Results The positive rate of C-erbB-2 staining in gastric cancer was 29.7%. C-erbB-2 staining positively correlated with tumor invasion depth and proliferation activity of cancer cells. The lymph node metastasis rate of C-erbB-2 positive tumors (86.7%) was significantly higher than that of C-erbB-2 negative tumors (60.6%, P< 0.05). Conclusion The overexpression of C-erbB-2 protein plays an important role in the biological characteristics of gastric cancer.
