（目的）探讨提高膀胱癌术后生存率和延长无瘤间期的措施。（方法）1992年2月至1998年2月，对60例入院病人以单、双号自然分组，术后一组用噻替派、丝裂霉素C交替膀胱内灌注，另一组同样灌注同时加服金克（槐耳）。（结果）金克槐耳加化疗组明显优于单纯化疗组，一例复发，占3．3％，单纯化疗组5例复发，占167％。（结论）金克（槐耳）预防晒优肿瘤复发有较好效果。不仅抑制肿瘤细胞生长，还可增强机体免疫力，能内源性地诱导α、γ干扰素，推荐此药用于临床。
(Objective) To explore the measures to improve the postoperative survival rate and prolong the tumor-free interval of bladder cancer. (Methods) From February 1992 to February 1998, 60 patients were randomly divided into single group and double group.
