科技期刊作为科技知识和信息的重要载体,加强其标准化,是加快知识传播、实现信息资源共享的前提,是提高信息系统质量、促进信息产业化的重要保证。没有统一的文件格式、交换格式等一系列标准,资源共享和科学管理将是一句空话,降低知识创新成本和提高知识传播效率也是一种空谈。然而目前的一些科技期刊,存在着版权内容散乱不全、广告乱印乱插等现象,严重影响了科技期刊的管理开发利用。根据多年来的体会提出如下建议:(1)科技期刊版权标识内容(刊名、创刊年份、出版年月、卷号、期号、出刊周期、主管单位、主办单位、编辑部成员
As an important carrier of science and technology knowledge and information, sci-tech periodicals and their standardization are the premise of speeding up the dissemination of knowledge and sharing of information resources. It is an important guarantee for improving the quality of information system and promoting the industrialization of information. There is no uniform file format, exchange format and a series of standards, resource sharing and scientific management will be empty talk, reduce the cost of knowledge innovation and improve the efficiency of knowledge dissemination is also a kind of empty talk. However, at present, some science and technology periodicals have the phenomena of incomplete copyright content and indiscriminate printing, which seriously affect the management development and utilization of sci-tech periodicals. According to years of experience to make the following recommendations: (1) Copyright contents of sci-tech periodicals (title, year of publication, year of publication, volume number, issue number, issue period, competent unit, organizer, editorial board member
