随着国家对水利基础设施投入力度的不断加强,水文行业基础设施规模不断增加,但在现实工作中,水文基础设施管理往往成为水文资产管理的薄弱环节。本文通过对水文基础设施资产管理中存在的问题分析,找到问题原因,并提出切实可行的对策,以期完善水文基础设施资产内部控制建设,提高水文行业资产管理水平,保障国有资产投入的有效性。
With the increasing investment in water conservancy infrastructure in our country, the scale of infrastructure in the hydrological industry is on the rise. However, in reality, hydrological infrastructure management often becomes the weakest link in the management of hydrological assets. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the management of hydrological infrastructure assets and finds out the causes of the problems and puts forward feasible measures to improve the internal control of hydrological infrastructure assets and improve the management of assets in the hydrological industry so as to ensure the effectiveness of the investment in state assets.
