沥青膨胀珍珠岩是以热沥青为粘结剂与膨胀珍珠岩压制成型的制品,制作工艺简单,施工方便,适合于工厂预制或现场制作,不但质轻,且具有良好的隔热、保温、吸湿率小、不老化、耐腐蚀等性能,它的主要物理热工性能与软木相接近。目前一般冷库的绝热材料多采用软木、砻糠,但软木价贵,砻糠虽然价格比较便宜但导热系数比沥青膨胀珍珠岩大,而且易燃、易受潮霉烂、下沉、虫蛀,在医药及其他方面还有广泛的用途,货源紧张。利用稻壳虽然价廉但必须增加绝热层的厚度,如果采用沥青膨胀珍珠岩
Asphalt-expanded perlite is a product formed by hot bitumen binder and expanded perlite. Although the price is relatively low, the thermal conductivity is larger than that of asphalt expanded perlite, and it is flammable and susceptible to mildew, sinking, and insect infestation.
