返碱也称“泛碱”。在建筑施工中砖墙返碱现象很普遍,也是一项建筑质量通病。一经发生便很难处理,造成墙面污损。轻者为水迹斑痕,有白色晶体析出,墙体涂料变色,重者造成抹灰层酥松、粉刷层剥落。严重影响建筑物外观质量,让人十分反感,头疼。
