目的分析、评价某成品油储备库运行中存在的职业病危害因素及其危害程度,确定职业病危害关键控制点。方法依据《工作场所有害因素职业接触限值》,采用职业卫生调查、职业卫生检测、职业健康检查等方法对其进行识别、分析。结果该油库存在的职业病危害因素有汽油、柴油、油品中含有的苯、甲苯、二甲苯等烃类化合物,噪声、高温、工频电磁场。工作场所中联合泵棚输油泵噪声强度超标,最高为89.3 dB(A);船甲板采样口存在溶剂汽油和苯,短时间检测浓度超标,最大值为2 129 mg/m3(超过限值7.1倍);苯15 m in检测浓度最大值为30.8 mg/m3(超过限值2.1倍);维修工个体接触苯的浓度超过限值1.1倍;其他职业病危害因素的浓度或强度均符合国家规定的职业接触限值。结论该油库主要职业病危害是汽油、苯、噪声,应从职业病危害关键控制点加强防治工作。
Objective To analyze and evaluate the hazard factors of occupational diseases and their harmfulness in the operation of a refined oil reserve and determine the key control points of occupational hazards. Methods Based on “occupational exposure limits of hazardous factors in the workplace”, occupational health surveys, occupational health tests and occupational health examinations were conducted to identify and analyze them. Results The occupational hazards that exist in the oil depot are hydrocarbons such as benzene, toluene and xylene contained in gasoline, diesel oil and oil, noise, high temperature and power frequency electromagnetic fields. The noise intensity of the combined pump shed oil pump in the workplace exceeded the maximum value of 89.3 dB (A); solvent petrol and benzene were present in the sampling port of the ship deck, and the concentration exceeded the test limit at a short time with a maximum value of 2 129 mg / m3 ); The maximum concentration of 15 m in benzene was 30.8 mg / m 3 (exceeding the limit of 2.1 times); the concentration of benzene exposed to maintenance workers exceeded the limit of 1.1 times; the concentrations or intensities of other occupational hazards were in line with the national occupations Exposure limits. Conclusion The major occupational hazards of the oil depot are gasoline, benzene and noise, and prevention and control work should be strengthened from the key control points of occupational hazards.
