为了解决土地资源日益减少的矛盾，提出了综合开发利用沿海滩涂地区农业资源的有效模式。即：农场式管理，集约化经营，机械化作业，社会化服务。并就管理机制、经营形式、机械化作业方式及健全服务体系等方面进行了详细的分析。
In order to solve the contradiction of decreasing land resources, an effective mode of comprehensively exploiting and utilizing agricultural resources along coastal tidal flats was put forward. Namely: farm-style management, intensive management, mechanized operations, social services. And conducted a detailed analysis of the management mechanism, operation mode, mechanized operation mode and sound service system.
