按照国家和省委、省政府的要求，我省从２００１年开始对机关事业单位职工工资和离退休人员离退休费实行了财政统一发放。这项工作涉及到广大职工的切身利益，因此倍受关注。为让社会各界了解工资统发工作政策，认识工资统发工作的意义，进一步推动工资统发工作深入进行，近日，本刊记者采访了省财政厅副厅长邹继宏同志。
