高等职业教育的人才培养目标是培养德智体全面发展,满足生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需要的,具有较强实践能力、良好职业道德和创新精神的高技能专门人才。“工学结合”是职业院校人才培养的一种教学模式,这种模式是通过采取灵活的教学形式和组织安排,一部分时间让学生在学校学习基础知识,进行基本技能训练,另一部分时间由学校统一组织学生到企业参加岗位生产工作,由学校和企业共同承担对学生的培养任务。实施“工学结合”模式,要求做到院校与企业、在校学习与参加企业工作、知识学习与技能操作训练、学生的培养与使用等四方面的结合。
