利用薄层扫描法测定梅花鹿胆汁中的胆汁酸成分。结果表明,胆汁中胆酸的含量为43.33％,去氧胆酸为3.55％。
Determination of Bile Acids in Sika Deer Bile by TLC Scanning. The results showed that the content of cholic acid in bile was 43.33% and deoxycholic acid was 3.55%.
