通过杂交试验，发现桂南与桂北两地微小按蚊杂种后代均可育，杂种Ｆ１卵巢营养细胞多线染色体呈联会状态。证明桂南与桂北两地微小按蚊之间不存在生殖隔离。
Through the hybridization test, it was found that both offspring of hybrids of Anopheles stephensi in Guinan and Guibei were fertile, and the multi-line chromosomes of the hybrid F1 ovarian vegetative cells were in synaptic state. Prove that there is no reproductive isolation between Anopheles minor in Guangxi and Guangxi.
