反复呼吸道感染是小儿的常见、多发病,严重影响小儿的健康及生长发育。其主要发病机制是细胞免疫功能紊乱和体液免疫功能下。运用玉屏风散颗粒治疗100例小儿反复呼吸道感染疗效观察发现显著增强Co4+Tc的作用,从而使Co4及IgG、IgA、Co4+/Co8+比值升高,提高患儿的机体免疫功能,降低发病率。
Repeated respiratory infections are common in children, frequently-occurring disease, seriously affecting the health and growth of children. Its main pathogenesis is cellular immune dysfunction and humoral immune function. The treatment of 100 cases of recurrent respiratory tract infection in children by Yupingfengsan Granules could significantly enhance the effect of Co4 + Tc, so that the ratio of Co4, IgG, IgA, Co4 + / Co8 + was increased, and the immune function and the incidence of the disease were improved.
