作为我国基础建设项目的重要组成部分,水利工程与各地区的经济发展以及人们生产、生活等有着非常紧密的联系。与一般建筑工程不同,水利工程有着更为宏大的建设规模,并且担负着更具民生性的社会职能。因此,水利工程施工项目更加繁琐,其施工安全也受到了人们广泛关注,倘若出现任何安全隐患或事故,就会对水利工程施工的顺利进行造成影响,严重时还会危害到生命及财产安全。由此可见,加强水利工程的施工安全管理具有重要的现实意义。本文从水利工程施工过程中常见的安全问题出发,就如何做好水利工程施工安全管理工作展开探讨。
As an important part of China’s infrastructure projects, water conservancy projects have very close ties with the economic development of all regions and with people’s production and living. Unlike general construction projects, water conservancy projects have a more ambitious scale of construction and assume a more civilistic social function. Therefore, construction projects of water conservancy projects are more complicated, and construction safety is also widely concerned by people. If any safety hazard or accident occurs, it will affect the smooth construction of water conservancy projects and seriously endanger the safety of life and property. Thus, strengthening the construction safety management of water conservancy projects has important practical significance. Based on the common safety problems during the construction of water conservancy projects, this article discusses how to do well the construction safety management of water conservancy projects.
