500 nuclear reactor workers in the nuclear industry conducted a study on the relationship between radiation dose and lens opacity, and 200 non-radiation healthy people as a control. The average cumulative dose of nuclear reactor group 0.43Sv. The results suggest that the incidence of posterior subcapsular opacity in the nuclear reactor group and the control group are 26.64% and 19.00% respectively, with significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). In the reactor group, the posterior subcapsular turbidity was 34.10% and 16.59% respectively in the high dose group (0.57Sv) and the low dose group (0.13Sv), with a significant difference (P <0.005) The research shows that the posterior capsule opacity of the nuclear reactor personnel is related to the dose of external radiation.
