基层部队对食具消毒重要意义的认识正在加深,不少单位已把它列入日常防病工作的措施之一来抓。但食具消毒后的卫生细菌学评价至今国内外还没有标准,国内大都依据自己的实践提出单位面积内的地方值,如大连<5个;天津塘沽<10个;南京<20个;山西及江西<30个;广东、湖北≤50个/cm~2不等。因此,制定评价食具消毒后的菌落总数值就显得很有必要。
Grassroots units are deepening their understanding of the importance of the disinfection of utensils. Many units have listed it as one of the measures for routine prevention and treatment of diseases. However, there is no standard at home and abroad for the evaluation of hygienic bacteriology after the disinfection of food utensils. There are no standards in domestic and overseas for the evaluation of hygienic bacteriology after the disinfection of utensils. Most localities in our country put forward the local values per unit area according to their own practice, such as <5 in Dalian, 10 in Tianjin Tanggu, 20 in Nanjing, Jiangxi <30; Guangdong, Hubei ≤ 50 / cm ~ 2 range. Therefore, it is necessary to formulate the total number of colonies after disinfection of utensils.
