至2010年,全国已有近30个省份启动了普通高中新课程改革。准确把握新教材的基本特征是更好地使用新教材、充分发挥新教材优势、实现课改目标的前提。《经济生活》是以2004年版《普通高中思想政治课程标准(试行)》为基础和指南编写,体现了新课标的基本理念和要求,符合当今素质教育的需求,具有以下基本特征。
