国人虹膜色泽为棕褐色,若双侧虹膜表现为深浅不同的色调称虹膜异色症。虹膜异色症常因遗传、炎症、交感神经损害而引起,一般为单眼发生。双眼虹膜异色症群体中高发现象国内未见报告。我们在江西德兴银山铅锌矿、大茅山铜矿老年人健康普查时,发现两矿608人中有37人出现虹膜色调变蓝现象,色调深浅不一,均为双眼,占被检数6.08%。患者眼部表现为虹膜瞳孔色素缘呈棕褐色,瞳孔部虹膜卷缩轮和睫状部虹膜呈蓝色。瞳孔等大等园,对光反应灵敏,无粘连。眼
