随着经济的持续发和城市规模的逐渐增长,城市的建筑正朝着高层和城市的发展,高层办公楼是高层建筑的重要类型之一。高层建筑火灾蔓延速度快,火灾烟雾大、人员疏散困难、灭火扑救困难等缺点,使人员疏散和消防救援是非常困难的。基于性能的消防安全设计,在发生火灾的建筑防火设计要求更多的灵活性和适用性的新时代领域的高级研究。因此,重点对高层办公楼基于性能的设计研究,勘探和性能化防火设计理论的应用,方法,解决了消防安全设计难点,提高建筑综合消防安全的新时代,避免和减轻火灾危害可能出现,最终实现建筑功能的优化设计艺术,安全和经济利益,将是非常有价值的研究课题。
