以邻苯二胺类化合物为反应原料,历经4步化学反应最终合成具有明显生物活性和杀菌活性的苯并咪唑类化合物,并通过实验仪器对该类化合物进行了元素分析和熔点的测定。
With o-phenylenediamine as the starting material, benzimidazoles with obvious bioactivity and bactericidal activity were synthesized after four steps of chemical reaction. The elemental analysis and melting point determination of these compounds were carried out by means of experimental apparatus.
