本文对北方地区住宅利用半地下空间的必要性、可能性、经济价值和室内外环境质量等方面进行了初步探讨,笔者认为这是节约住宅用地和投资,多建住宅比较有效的途径之一,其社会和经济效益是十分可观的。
This article has conducted a preliminary discussion on the necessity, possibility, economic value and indoor and outdoor environmental quality of residential use of semi-underground space in northern regions. The author believes this is one of the more effective ways to save residential land and investment and build more residential buildings. Social and economic benefits are substantial.
