教育是艺术,艺术的生命在于创新;教育是科学,科学的生命在于求真;教育更是爱,爱的真谛就是宽容。教师只要用自己博大的胸怀宽容学生的过失,呵护学生的自尊,就一定会使失望已久的心灵重新定格、重新闪光。在我班里,有个名叫小豪的学生很令人头疼。他作业经常丢三落四,上课小动作特多,还经常和同学打架。我很耐心地和他谈过几次,很严厉、很刻薄地训斥过他几次,却收效甚微,怎么也激不起他的学习热情。
Education is art. Art’s life lies in innovation. Education is science. Science lives in truth. Education is love. Love is the essence of tolerance. As long as teachers use their broad minds to tolerate the negligence of students and protect the students’ self-esteem, teachers will certainly re-freeze their disappointed hearts and start flashing again. In my class, a student named Xiao Hao is a headache. His homework is often lost and forgotten, his tricks and tricks, and his classmates often fight.
