目的:探讨基质金属蛋白酶-9(MMP-9)、组织金属蛋白酶抑制剂-1(TIMP-1)在病毒性心肌炎心肌纤维化作用,观察三参饮对病毒性心肌炎(VMC)小鼠心肌纤维化的防治作用。方法:将雄性Balb/c小鼠随机分为正常对照组、模型对照组、三参饮低、中、高剂量组,采用免疫组化染色方法检测MMP-9、TIMP-1在心脏组织的表达。结果:免疫组化染色示,三参饮高剂量组、中剂量组的MMP-9表达水平较模型对照组均有不同程度降低(P(0.05)。三参饮各剂量组的TIMP-1与模型对照组比较均明显上升(P(0.05)。结论:三参饮防治VMC心脏组织中胶原纤维增生的作用可能与调整胶原降解系统-MMP-9、TIMP-1的平衡作用有关。在病毒性心肌炎早期进行三参饮干预,可有效防治心肌纤维化。
AIM: To investigate the effect of matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) and tissue inhibitor of metalloproteinase-1 (TIMP-1) on myocardial fibrosis in viral myocarditis and to observe the effects of shenjiangyin on myocardial fibrosis in viral myocarditis The role of prevention and treatment. Methods: Male Balb / c mice were randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, low, medium and high dosage groups of three drinks, the expression of MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in heart tissues were detected by immunohistochemical staining . Results: Immunohistochemical staining showed that MMP-9 expression in the three groups was significantly lower than that in the model control group (P <0.05) (P <0.05) .Conclusion: The effect of Sanshen Decoction on the prevention and treatment of collagen fiber hyperplasia in VMC may be related to the regulation of the balance of collagen degradation system-MMP-9 and TIMP- Early myocarditis three participate in intervention, can effectively prevent myocardial fibrosis.
