教研活动是教师讨论、交流、提高的有效平台,为了能更好地研究课堂,从细节入手,在本学期我们英语组进行了同课异构的教研活动。在这次活动中深受启发,使我在教学细节和艺术性方面有更深领悟。一、同课异构的优势“同课异构”即同一内容,不同教师根据自己的实际、教学经验、教学风格及教学技能进行不同的教学设计,上出自己的教学风格和特色。这就形成了同一内容不同结构的课。“同课异构”让我们清楚地看到不同教师对同一教材内容的不同处理,不同的教学策略所产生的不同教学效果,并由此打开了教师的教学思
Teaching and research activities is an effective platform for teachers to discuss, exchange and improve. In order to better study the classroom and start with the details, this English-speaking group conducted a heterogeneous teaching and research activity. Inspired by this event, I gained a deeper understanding of teaching details and artistry. First, the advantages of the same class heterogeneous “heterogeneous ” is the same content, different teachers according to their own reality, teaching experience, teaching style and teaching skills for different teaching design, on their own teaching style and characteristics. This forms a different structure of the same content class. “Lesson heterogeneous ” let us clearly see different teachers on the same textbook content of different treatment, different teaching strategies have different teaching effects, and thus open the teacher’s teaching thinking
