新课程英语教学具有传统所不可比拟的优越性,体现了“一切为了学生、为了一切学生、为了学生一切”的人本主义。该教学除了强调对学生的基础知识和基本技能的培养外,还注重了学生的情感态度与审美价值观的培养,促进了学生非智力因素的发展。这也正是传统教学所欠缺的,传统教学注重了英语语言知识结构教学,体现出“内容深广、语法僵化、拓展浮浅”的特点,忽视了学生的学习特点与发展需求。
The new curriculum English teaching has the traditional incomparable superiority, which embodies the humanism of “everything for students, for all students, for students all”. In addition to emphasizing students’ basic knowledge and basic skills training, this teaching also emphasizes students’ emotional attitudes and aesthetic values, and promotes the development of students’ non-intellectual factors. This is exactly the lack of traditional teaching. The traditional teaching emphasizes on the teaching of English language knowledge structure, which reflects the characteristics of “profound content, rigid grammar and superficiality”, ignoring the learning characteristics and development needs of students.
