本实验采用8具正常成人男性新鲜腰骶段标本,测得腰椎间盘的压缩刚度是1314N/mm;剪切刚度是245N/mm;扭转刚度是6.5Nm/degree;扭转强度是80.3N。同时对髓核摘除和后部结构切除后腰椎间盘的刚度和扭转强度变化进行测试,结果显示,髓核摘除和后部结构切除后腰椎间盘的刚度和扭转强度下降,其结果有统计学意义(p<0.05),其中后部构切除后扭转刚度下降51%,扭转强度下降44%。
In this study, eight adult male fresh lumbosacral specimens were measured, the compression stiffness of the lumbar intervertebral disc measured is 1314N / mm; shear stiffness is 245N / mm; torsional stiffness is 6.5Nm / degree; torsional strength is 80.3N. At the same time, the changes of stiffness and torsional strength of the intervertebral disc after removal of the nucleus pulposus and posterior structure were tested. The results showed that the stiffness and torsional strength of the intervertebral disc after removal of the nucleus pulposus and posterior structure decreased, and the results were statistically significant ( p <0.05), in which the torsional stiffness decreased 51% and the torsional strength decreased 44% after posterior structure excision.
