为了水资源的可持续利用,井渠结合灌区必须建立高效完善的节水灌溉系统和高效的地表水、地下水联合调控管理系统,突出搞好引洪补源,以实现地下水采补平衡。从节水与开源、引洪补源与自然条件、工程基础、高科技管理技术、群众支持等几方面,结合农业高效用水示范项目区的实践,论述了兴建此类灌区的必要性、可行性及兴建中应注意的几个关键问题。
In order to ensure the sustainable use of water resources, we need to establish a highly efficient water-saving irrigation system and a highly efficient combined management and control system for surface water and groundwater in well-to-well irrigation areas. We need to improve flood control and recharge so as to achieve balanced groundwater recharge. From the aspects of water saving and open source, flood diversion source and natural conditions, engineering foundation, high-tech management technology and mass support, the necessity and feasibility of constructing such irrigation areas are discussed based on the practice of agricultural high-efficiency water use demonstration project area And several key issues should be noted in the construction.
