文化是民族的血脉,是人类的精神家园。习近平同志强调,要继承和弘扬中华优秀传统文化,弘扬中华传统美德。这一重要论述,体现了党和国家高度重视中华优秀传统文化的鲜明立场和坚定态度。《义务教育思想品德课程标准(2011年版)》增加了“了解文化的多样性和丰富性,尊重不同的文化和习俗”“学习和了解中华文化传统”“感受个人成长与民族文化和国家命运之间的联系,提高文化认同感、民族自豪感”等内容,为中考命题提供了理论依据和根本遵循。
