通过运用经济学原理对我国经济现状进行分析 ,推断出我国现在的经济状况并不是结构性过剩而是总量过剩 ,在此基础上指出 ,政府只注重把公共资金投资于基础设施等直接扩大生产能力的硬设备上是走入了误区 ,更加促长了产品的过剩。因此 ,当前的投资应转到社会保障制度的建立和完善 ,科学技术的研究开发、信息产业发展、国民教育和环保产业上来。如此 ,既能缓和生产力的无限扩张和有支付能力的需求相对不足的矛盾 ,又能创造出有效的需求 ,从而达到用投资需求拉动经济增长的目的 ,促使我国经济走出不景气
Based on the analysis of the economic status quo in our country through the use of economic principles, it is deduced that the current economic situation in our country is not structural excess but excess surplus. On the basis of this, we point out that the government only pays attention to directly investing public funds in infrastructure and other direct expansion of production The ability to hard equipment is gone wrong, more to promote the product of excess. Therefore, the current investment should go to the establishment and improvement of the social security system, the research and development of science and technology, the development of the information industry, the national education and the environmental protection industry. In this way, not only the unlimited expansion of productivity and the relative lack of ability to pay can be alleviated, but effective demand can also be created so as to achieve the purpose of stimulating economic growth with investment demand and pushing our economy out of recession
