当前,世界经济复苏总体弱于预期,矿产需求不振,投资持续下降,价格低位徘徊,下行压力仍然很大。与此同时,全球矿业发展也表现出一些不同以往的新变化:传统市场容量相对缩小,但新的发展领域不断拓展;传统增长动力逐步减弱,但新的发展动能正在形成;传统治理模式趋于弱化,但新的合作机制显露生机。这些此消彼长的变化,将伴随世界经济复苏过程成为一种新的常态。我们要见微知著,顺应大势,在应对挑战中积极作为,在破旧立新中稳步前进,推动全球矿业行稳致远。
