力量是人体或人体某部分肌肉紧张或收缩时所表现出来的一种能力,是人体活动的基本因素。在竞技体育中力量又是发展各项技能的基础。如排球的扣球,拦网起跳一刹那所需要的爆发力、向上腾空的弹跳力;扣球挥臂和移动速度的快慢等等,都是以力量为基础的。可见,力量训练是十分重要的。在近几年的教学训练中我由于重视了对力量的训练,收到了较为明显的效果。以下肢为例,进队时深蹲连30公斤都起不来的队员,经过二——三年系统的训练后,最低的能蹲起110公斤,最高的达140公斤。由于力量素质上去了,专项素质也有了提高。在1986年全国青年队决赛的身体素质对抗中,我队以五人助跑摸高超过三米,最高达3.09米的成绩,取得摸高对抗比赛第二名。空中有了高度,攻拦占优势,比赛中争得了主动。最后我们以九战七胜二负的成绩获当年全国青年比赛第二名。
