目的:探讨腹腔镜治疗泌尿外科疾病常见并发症的影响因素和对策。方法:研究对象为2014年5月至2015年12月在该院进行腹腔镜治疗的泌尿外科疾病患者,总结患者的并发症及其影响因素,并分析总结正确的对策。结果:患者的并发症:酸中毒和高碳酸血症、血管损伤、胸膜损伤、误夹肾动脉、腹膜损伤、切口感染、皮下气肿分别为2例、1例、3例、1例、1例、2例、3例。结论:腹腔镜治疗泌尿外科疾病引起的并发症很多,临床医生应该对此多加注意,提高手术技术,减少并发症的发生率。
Objective: To investigate the influencing factors and countermeasures of laparoscopic common complications of urological diseases. Methods: The subjects were patients with urological diseases undergoing laparoscopic surgery from May 2014 to December 2015. The complication and its influencing factors were summarized and the correct measures were summarized. Results: Complications of patients: acidosis and hypercapnia, vascular injury, pleural injury, renal artery misplacement, peritoneal injury, incision infection, subcutaneous emphysema were 2 cases, 1 case, 3 cases, 1 case, 1 case Cases, 2 cases, 3 cases. Conclusion: Laparoscopic treatment of urological diseases caused by many complications, clinicians should pay more attention to this, improve surgical techniques and reduce the incidence of complications.
