随着我国经济的发展,企业运营形式在不断的发生变化,分析企业内部控制存在的问题是很有必要的,以此基于风险管理来对内部控制相关的问题进行解决是很有必要的。本文主要阐述了基于风险管理的内部控制中存在的问题以及风险管理的内部控制体系分析和构建。
